Our story

Built here. Run here.

EiQ Interactive started in 2006 to give small and mid-size businesses a better way to get online. Less agency overhead. Fewer hand-offs. Real people doing real work, quoted as a flat fee in writing.

Twenty years later, we've designed, built, and launched more than a hundred websites and applications. Local businesses, national organizations, and a few software products we own and run ourselves. Several clients have been with us for over seventeen years.

The shop has grown, the tools have changed, and the customer expectations have shifted. The way we work has not. Senior hands, written quotes, real phone support, and the same small team start to finish.

How we work

Six things you get with us.

Almost twenty years working with small and mid-size businesses around the Lake taught us what a good web partner looks like. These are the things you get with us that most web shops won't give you.

A real person on the phone

No ticket systems. No account managers. Real people answering the phone. That's been the deal since 2006 and it's not changing.

Flat-fee pricing, in writing

You know the price before work starts. No hourly meters, no scope creep, no surprise invoices. If something needs to change, we ask first.

Local, not offshore

Every line of code, every design, every phone call handled right here at the Lake. No overseas handoffs, no time-zone guessing games.

You own everything

The files, the domain, the logins, the hosting, the content. The whole site is yours from day one. No platform lock-in, no held-hostage CMS.

Built to bring in leads

Every site we ship is tuned for phone calls, form fills, bookings, and sales. Pretty-but-empty brochures are not our style.

Your Lake-area neighbor

We live here. We know what sells at the Lake, which keywords your customers search, and which seasons matter. Local beats generic every time.

Home. Office. Favorite place on earth.

The team

A small senior team. Same faces, start to finish.

EiQ Interactive is a tight crew of senior designers and engineers based at the Lake of the Ozarks. The same people who build your site are the people who answer the phone and fix the bug three years from now.

The company was founded in 2006 by Tim Badolato, a lifelong Lake of the Ozarks local. Today the shop runs on the same playbook: senior hands on every project, flat-fee pricing in writing, and real phone support from people who know your site by heart.

If you want to know who's actually building your site, that's it. No layers, no handoffs, no offshore subcontracting.
