Main thing we do

Custom WordPress websites

A proper site built around your content, not a template. Works well on a phone, meets accessibility standards, and launches in two to three weeks.

Designed around your brand and customers, not a marketplace theme.

Mobile & accessibility

Responsive across every device. Meets WCAG accessibility standards.

Content migration

We rewrite, restructure, and migrate your existing content.

Beyond a website

Web apps & custom software

Portals, dashboards, booking systems, internal tools. Whatever your team needs that doesn't come off a shelf. We map out how your team actually uses it and build it from there.

Scoped phases

Priced by phase so you can see value as each milestone ships.

Auth & payments

Stripe, SSO, roles, admin panels, done cleanly the first time.

Integrations

CRMs, ESPs, accounting tools, whatever your business already runs on.

You own it

Source in your repo, infra in your account. No vendor lock-in.

Scoped by phase
We quote after a short discovery call.
Tell us what the app needs to do and who uses it. We'll scope it, price each phase, and show a referenceable example.

Proper native apps on both stores, paired with a web dashboard so your team can manage it without asking us every time.

Cross-platform

One codebase, two stores, without the "feels like a web app" tradeoffs.

Publishing

We handle App Store and Play Store submission, assets, and review.

Admin portal

A web dashboard paired with every app so you control it without us.

Push & offline

Notifications, deep links, offline-first syncing, done right.

After launch

Hosting & care.

We run our own servers, fast, secure, and backed up every night. Pick the level of hands-on you want. Your domain stays with whoever you bought it from.

FAQ

Common questions about working with us

How do you price a project?

Every project is quoted as a flat fee in writing once we understand the scope. No hourly meters, no surprise invoices. Reach out with a few sentences about what you need and we'll come back with a scope, timeline, and a flat number within one business day.

How long does a typical project take?

Two to three weeks from kickoff to launch on a standard small-business site. That assumes you can turn around content and photos on a normal schedule. If you're slammed, we'll wait. Better to ship something you're proud of.

What platform do you build on?

WordPress is our default because it's stable, extensible, and easy for you to update yourself. For smaller brochure sites we'll often build static on Cloudflare Pages (faster, cheaper to host). For custom web apps we use whatever fits the job, often Laravel, Node, or Python. We recommend based on your situation, not ours.

Do you handle hosting and ongoing maintenance?

Yes. All our hosted clients are on a shared Caddy/PHP/MariaDB stack we run and maintain. Nightly backups, daily plugin updates, security hardening, 24/7 uptime monitoring, all included. Maintenance retainers are a fixed monthly fee scoped to your site count and complexity. You can self-host if you prefer; we'll hand over the code.

Tell us what you're thinking.

We'll write back with a scope, a timeline, and a flat quote within one business day.
