Contractors & Builders
A contractor site has one job: show your work and get the homeowner to reach out. We build for Missouri builders, remodelers, concrete, plumbing, HVAC, dock and seawall crews across the Lake of the Ozarks, Springfield, Jefferson City, and the Kansas City and St. Louis metros. Since 2006. Fixed-fee pricing in writing. Call (573) 746-2417.
A strong photo of your best recent job at the top. A single-line headline that says what you do and where you work. A gallery of past projects organized by type (new builds, remodels, kitchens, baths, decks, docks, seawalls, whatever your trade covers) so a homeowner can find their project fast. A short about page with a real face on it. A contact page with a tap-to-call button and a form that asks for five things, not twelve.
No stock photos. No "quality you can trust since". No mystery pricing pages. Just a fast site on a phone that reads as serious and moves the homeowner to reach out. Missouri homeowners at the Lake, in Springfield, or in Jefferson City typically pick a contractor from the first page of Google in under a minute. If your site takes eight or ten seconds to load, you have lost the estimate before your name is on the screen.
Homeowners across Missouri search "concrete contractor near me", "deck builder Osage Beach", "plumber Camdenton", "roofer Springfield MO", "HVAC repair Jefferson City". Whoever ranks in the top three gets the calls. We build your site with local SEO baked in so Google knows the exact Missouri service area you cover, whether that is Lake Ozark, Osage Beach, Camdenton, Eldon, Sunrise Beach, Laurie, Versailles, Linn Creek, and Gravois Mills, the Springfield or Jefferson City metros, or a specific stretch of counties. That means correct schema, a Google Business Profile dialed in, and dedicated pages for each town and each service you offer.
Tap-to-call button pinned to every page. Short contact form with the five fields you need to write an estimate: name, phone, project address, project type, and what they want done. Submissions route straight to your phone or inbox the moment someone hits send. No enterprise CRM unless you ask for one. If your office runs on email, the leads arrive by email. Your workflow drives the tool, not the other way around.

FAQ
Depends on how big it is. Most contractor sites land between a few thousand and a little more. Tell us what you do and where, and we'll send the price in writing within one business day. No hourly clock running.
No. Phone photos from recent jobs work fine to start, so long as they are horizontal and well lit. Once the site is live and you can see which jobs bring in the most calls, you can invest in a professional photographer for those specific project types. Do not let "I need photos first" stop you from launching.
Usually no. No honest per-hour or per-square-foot number covers a real job, and posting a price loses you work because customers compare you against someone who quotes low and adjusts after the contract is signed. Better to show the quality, earn the call, and write the estimate after you have talked.
Yes. We build it so you or your office manager can upload a few photos and write a short caption in a couple of minutes. No developer required. We walk you through the process after the site goes live.
Yes. Same approach: show the work, make the phone easy to call, list the Missouri towns you cover. Trades sites perform well with town-by-town service pages because that is how Missouri homeowners search. "Plumber Camdenton", "electrician Osage Beach", "dock repair Sunrise Beach". Each gets a dedicated page.
